Littlestown Subdivision & Land Use

This ordinance is established to regulate and control the subdivision and development of land within Littlestown Borough so as to provide sites suitable for human habitation, commercial and industrial operations, and other uses for which land may be developed, thereby creating conditions favorable to the health, safety, morals and welfare of the community.

CORRECTION TO THE JULY 1ST TOWN CRIER   On page 10 under Council Meeting Highlights the first motion listed under motions passed at the 04/27/10 regular meeting of council should read: to adopt a resolution allowing the Borough of Littlestown to charge $35.00 for any fee(s) or bill(s) paid unto the Borough by a check which is subsequently returned by a financial instution due to non-suffient funds or closed accounts.
