Littlestown is a borough of approximately 4,200 people living in a community of 1.65 square miles. We are 10 miles from Gettysburg, 8 miles from Hanover, and 38 miles from Harrisburg. We are also 14 miles from Westminster, MD, 32 miles from Frederick, MD, and 44 miles from Baltimore, MD. Washington, D.C. is 58 miles away and Philadelphia is 135 miles.
Town Meetings
All meetings of the Littlestown Borough Council are held in the Council Chamber, 1st floor, 10 South Queen Street, Littlestown, PA 17340. The The Littlestown Borough Planning Commission and Recreation Board meetings are held in the Littlestown Borough Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, 10 South Queen Street, Littlestown, PA 17340. However, the Recreation Board meets at Pavilion #2 in the Community Park during the months of May through September.
- Borough Council Meetings are on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. If a meeting is cancelled, a cancellation notice will be posted on the front door of the Borough Building at 10 South Queen Street.
- Recreation Board meets on the third Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm
- Planning Commission Meetings are on the second Thursday of the month at 7:00 pm.
